Once you receive your goods in good condition, no cancellation or refund is authorized. Any change or cancellation after delivery will incur a 20% depreciation charge, except Mattresses they are evaluated by the brand inspector.

For reasons of health, mattresses cannot be returned after being used and/or out of their original packaging. We encourage you to check with your sales representative and test before selecting your unit. Once you select the right model for your need there will be no change for firmness or softness, we will only cover the manufacturer's warranty.

Reimbursement

a. For undelivered orders, the refund of your order will be on or before 15 working days after the date of cancellation.

b. No charge or penalty will be applicable if the cancellation is made before the dispatch of delivery or returned with the driver at the time of delivery.

c. You must present the original invoice and an identification card. Orders paid by credit card will be credited to the card. In orders paid in cash, debit card or check you will receive a check in a period of 15 working days or less through the central offices to your postal address or branch where you made the purchase.

d. You may return new unopened items upon delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Shipping | Deliveries | Installation

Customer must inspect with the driver all products at delivery. Any damage must be notified to the driver or employee at that moment. If merchandise qualify for installation, customer must have space empty and ready. The installation Service does not include wall mirrors, removal of frames or doors, stove and dryer gas line, ice makers, built-in products, for example ovens, cook tops among other merchandise and electronic equipment. For stoves that qualifies for installation services a NEW range cord is required.
